Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Earrings will be bubble wrapped for protection, wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organza bag. Pendants and necklaces are packaged in black gift boxes, then wrapped in tissue paper. If you require a message/notecard with your purchase e.g. for a gift, please just ask.

Care instructions

All resin pendant purchases will have care sheets with them on how to look after your jewellery.

Faulty Items

EU sales:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: If an item is faulty within 30 days of receipt, please email me with photos showing the fault. You may have a refund or repair - whichever you choose, send me the item. If the fault is a manufacturing fault, I will reimburse the buyer's return postage.

If the fault is due to an error on the buyer's part (e.g. damage due to mis-use) there will be a charge for the repair and all postage will be paid by the buyer.

Non-EU Sales: Please read details above as the same applies.

Non-EU Sales - Refunds

European Union Consumer law does not apply to Non-EU sales. For refunds for change of mind for Non-EU sales, please contact me letting me know you would like a refund within 14 days of receipt. You must send the item back to me at your expense, which may be more than the postage charge to receive it, and within 14 days of notifying me of your intent to return the item. Please package the item carefully and clearly mark the front of the parcel as ‘Returned Goods’. I am not responsible for any customs charges incurred if you fail to do so. If you are returning goods of high value a tracked method of delivery is suggested to minimise the risk of items getting lost in the post.

When the item is back and it is in original, unused condition, you will receive a refund of the full item price only. If the item has been used/damaged you will receive a partial refund of the item price.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom and personalised are not eligible for refunds, unless faulty. I will consider a cancellation if I have not started the order or if I have not bought supplies for it already.

Non-receipt of items

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item within 30 days of despatch please contact me so I can start investigations with the mailing company as to where your item is.

If we are unable to resolve an issue

When there is a dispute between a consumer and a trader, there are a range of options for resolving the dispute without going to court. These options can often be quicker and cheaper, and lead to a more satisfactory solution, than taking legal action.To encourage the use of online dispute resolution (ODR) there is a European ODR platform, which allows consumers, traders and ADR providers to file, respond to, and handle disputes (including disputes where the trader and consumer are in different countries within the EU) online. . I aim to despatch within 1-2 business days. Postage rates are as stated. I always obtain a proof of postage for each parcel sent, please allow up to 7 days for parcel to be delivered (I am unable to track lost items until 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered. Jewellery is not insured unless Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed postal option is used. Each parcel will be sent out in perfect condition and hopefully you will receive it like this. I take no responsibility for the lack of careful handling during postage. 

 


Due to the fact that some pieces are made using semi- precious gemstones, they will all not look the same, some may appear cracked, smeared etc. This is the nature of a genuine gemstone and not
 a flaw.

Pendants will be sent to you in a gift box. Earrings are sent wrapped in an organza bag.

 

Items that are labelled as made to order will take up to seven days to create, if you require an item sooner than that please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
